If it is a weekend and if i donot have any better things to do,then riding comes to my mind.
It was second weekend in the month of May 2017 i.e on sunday,I started at 6.30 am from home reached Kaggalipura via bannerghatta then drove straight to Kanakapura from there it is just 20 km.Totally it was a ride of 80km from Bangalore.
As i dont have any words to describe the beauty of the place i have attached some images for the reference.
If you want to enjoy the beauty of nature with less crowd and commercialization then this is the ideal location.I spent a quality 2hrs atop the hill,reached home at 12.00pm.
Tips: No food or water available atop the hill,if you are lucky you might spot elephants,Only SUV's can manouvre atop the hill as the last 4kms are not asphalted.If it has rained previous night then it is better to trek atop the hill.
