As mentioned by the great Roman statesman, it is true that a nation cannot survive the treason within.
Some of the recent incidents which is happening in INDIA is giving a tough time for the lawmakers as well as the law enforcers to contain it.If these activities to be contained then the leftist liberals will put a point of freedom of expression imbibed in our constitution. If these activities are let neglected then they pose a threat to the unity and integrity of India.
I will be putting forward my views on some of these subjects which are detrimental for the integrity of our country.
The Kashmir Factor..!
I will not dwell on the history of J&K or the areas ceded by India to China and Pakistan.Since the BJP-PDP coalition government was established, there is always a sense of disturbance in the valley, whether it is Pathankot attack,Attack on the army base camp in URI where 19 of our brave jawans were martyred or the recent the recent attacks on the army convoys our Army is always at the receiving end.Indian army has to fight the war on two fronts i.e they need to fight with the terrorists crossing the border and the civilians who support them by giving cover.
India is losing its brave jawans as they are forced to avoid civilian casualties during confrontations with the terrorists.Every time a terrorist is killed, the valley goes into curfew mode and the stone pelting starts. There are several initiatives taken by the state govt. as well as the Army to engage the youths of the valley by training them with different skills so that they are employable,But these youths find stone pelting is lucrative as this is being funded by Pakistan intelligence agencies.
Since this is an unsolved issue since past 3 decades,i think as long as the separatists leaders are on the free run,the issue will never be solved. The 80% of the J&K residents don't need violence but need employment.Employment will only generate when there is peace in the valley.Hope the central leadership will take decisive action so that the people of our country will not read the morning news paper containing the headline of our jawans martyred.
Maoist / Naxal threat..!
![]()
One thing is for sure, the developmental work undertaken and the pace of road construction has made these maoists insecure so is the reason for repeated attacks.
These maoists have their support base in one of our prestigious universities in the country- JNU. These supporters are also called as the urban naxals or the maoists. You can google it for more information about the anti national activities happening in these universities.
Maoist activities have drastically reduced over the past decades due to the various developmental initiatives taken by respective affected states.Forces should improve their intelligence gathering and should have a offensive defense approach to avoid casualties.
The Tamil Uprising..!
After the Saddam hussain was hanged in Iraq , a power vacuum was created in Iraq.Various remaining loyalists of Saddam were fighting with the govt. forces. This led to creation of ISIS / Daesh /Islamic caliphate.
After the death of TN CM Ms J.Jayalalitha a power vacuum was created and everybody wants to rule the state and recent episodes of Sasikala,OPS and EPS are the examples of this.
One noticeable point is after Jayalalitha's death there seems to be some sought massive diaturbances happening in TN.Whether it is Jallikattu protests or Ban on MNC bevaragesor the recent episodes of farmer protests in Jantar Mantar.Social media is playing a tipping point in these uprisings,
Jallikattu protest was started in marina beach and I to was of the notion that every state should have such kind of uprising against the injustices and i was supporting jallikattu movement. But after 3 days of protest, the movement was completely hijacked by anti national NGO's, some so called Jihadi and LTTE elements as told by some of my friends protesting there. And it ended up in violence as you know.
The farmer protest episode is also staged to defame the central leadership as some of the anti national elements were indirectly supporting them with timely food and media PR props.Of course Tamil Nadu is facing a severe drought in 140 years and its the state responsibility to provide the relief and ensure that it reaches the intended beneficiaries.

The above 3 points are recent episodes and i am sure that these forces receive funding from abroad to drive their agenda.
Any comments, views, criticism are open..Thanks for reading...!!

Industry 4.0 and its relevance in manufacturing sector of INDIA
![]() |
Industry 4.0 ?
Its a word coined by German manufacturing giants,of course it was relevant from early 20th century but currently its relevance is more in many of the manufacturing economies of the world. It can also be termed as the 4th industrial revolution.
As mentioned in the self explanatory image, the industrial revolution actually started in Europe in the early 1800s, after the invention of steam power and electricity. These inventions led to large scale mechanization of looms, iron and steel and other FMCG industries to satisfy the ever increasing demand of the consumers.
The second industrial revolution started in early 1950's and it was successfully demonstrated by M/s Ford Motors for the manufacturing of it infamous 'T' model.
Before the introduction of assembly line concept, vehicles were manufactured in batch production method. This increased the cost of manufacturing and delay in delivery of vehicles to customer.
The cars manufactured by FORD were 40% less expensive than the cars manufactured by Volkswagen during that time.Due to this it was an instantaneous hit among the customers.During this period some of the lean manufacturing concepts like JIT (Just in time),TPS (Toyota production system),SMED (single minute exchange die ) TPM (Total productive maintainance) came into practice.
The third industrial revolution started in 1980s.This revolution paved the way by the introduction of computer systems, robotics and sensors in manufacturing sector.During 2nd industrial revolution machining was done using conventional machines but now the machining were done using CNC machines which decreased the lead time for manufacturing components in an automobile OEM and increased productivity and quality of the parts being produced.
What is I 4.0?
In an industry 4.0 shop floor layout, every machinery is connected via internet, and all the machines or the asset will have its Digital Twin.Productivity and idle time will be monitored continuously and with the amount of data generated, solutions will be found for further improvement. Before Industry 4.0 productivity of 85% was considered as a bench mark but now we can achieve up to 98%.
To explain in simple words , consider a 5 axis CNC machine in an I4.0 environment. This has 5 servo motors, the bearing vibration and temperatures are also monitored so that whenever there is any abnormal increase in the parameters it can be replaced before failure so that the lead time to repair, ordering and machine downtime can be reduced considerably.(condition monitoring of machinery parts)
Basically I4.0 consists of 9 components -
Autonomous robots, simulation, software integration,IOT,cyber security, additive manufacturing, cloud, augmented reality, and big data analytics.
I4.0 relevance in INDIA - Of course its the need of the hour for every manufacturing OEM's in India.Every industry now has a team working on the I4.0 projects.
As per the statistics I4.0 will cause 1million job losses in Indian manufacturing sector over the next decade and 0.6 million high skill jobs will be added into the sector. Most of the low skill jobs will be completely eliminated but the onus on the OEM,s should be that of re-skilling its existing employees. For a country like India, manufacturing is the only sector which can give large scale employment and even the govt. initiatives are also in that direction like Make in India, skill India etc.
As the 50% of the Indian GDP is dependent on agriculture,of which 30% of the sector rely only on notorious unreliable monsoons , urban migration in India is at a faster rate in search of better fortunes. If industries are migrating to I4.0 what about the prospectus of a person getting job in a manufacturing industry. Only time will Answer

Bangalore - Mangalore - Bangalore Royal Enfield Bullet 350 ride - SOLO
Dear Readers,
First of all ,thanks for visiting my blog post.
It was my dream to own a Royal enfield bullet since my child hood.My father had owned a 1982 model but due to personal reason he could not retain it.
Any how now its my time to own one and go for a long drive.Of course this seems to be a short drive for many professionals out there as the to and fro distance covered is 800kms.
I booked my Black Bullet 350 this year i.e on Jan 8th 2017 and my machine was delivered on 10th Feb 2017 coincidentally it was my fathers birthday.I was super excited on that day.
I was eagarly waiting for my 1st service to be done so that i can take it for a long drive. To my surprise,my college batchmate, neighbour, and close friend Mr.Spandan's marriage was scheduled in mangalore on 10 th April.
I thought that this is the right time to take my bike for a spin as 1000kms were done after 1st service.
Convincing Parents: My parents were apprehensive about me going on a bike ride that to solo.I kept it as a surprise you can choose your method for convincing parents.
The Beginning: It was a day of summer showers in Namma Bengaluru.I decided to leave on 7th Apr.I started packing my bags on 6th Apr by 11.00pm i finished. My parents were clueless that i am leaving next Morning.
The Start: I woke up at sharp 4.00 AM had a nice shower and by 4.45 AM i was ready. Some how i convinced my parents and left home at 5.15AM.I was super excited...!!
Essentials: Saddle bags or Bungee cords will take care of your luggage.Spares like clutch cable, spanner and allenkey set, tail lamp and headlamp bulbs are the most essential hardwares which should be a part of your luggage.
The Journey:I was averaging 60 to 70 kmph.I started from bannerghatta nice road junction by the time it was 8.15 AM i was in kunigal i had a nice breakfast of Idly and Vada. I decided that every 80-90 kms i will be taking a break.I stopped in kunigal for around 45 mins. By 10 AM i was in Alur,a small town after Hassan again in breaked for 30 to 45 mins.I had a preinspection of my wheel condition and other hardwares of my bike,As the next 80 kms will be ghat roads.By 12.30 pm I reached Gundya-Its a first village we get after descending insanely shiradighat.I breaked here for 30mins.
I reached Mangalore by 3.00pm it took 10 hrs for me to reach the destination. My room was ready in Hotel surya International,Balmatta road,Freshend my self I was so exhausted that within split second after lying i was in death sleep. For the next 2 days i visited various beaches ,restaurants, and had a great time with my friends.
The Return: I started my return journey on 10th 1.45pm after my frienda marriage muhurtham. My plan was to reach Hassan 4 way express before night fall as it will be very difficult or impossible to travel during night in 2 way road.
Reached Gundya at 4.30 pm as the return road was full of traffic i need to negotiate and overtake various capsule tankers and trucks.I started after 15mins break and reaches Hassan at 6.45pm.I achieved my target of reaching hassan 4 way road before nightfall is success.
After 45 mins break i started and i was almosy 60 kms away from hassan,to my worst nightmare i started raining. Bike+Night riding+Rain is impossible as the visibility will be almost zero. You might be riding well but the chances of you getting other vehicle is more.I waited for 1 hr in Hirisave and started once the road is dry.
I drove 20 mins i once again stopped in Hotel Mayura near Yediyur for Dinner.I started at 9.45pm i reached home at 12.30 AM.
Conclusion: It was the most satisfying trip i ever had in my life. While you drive alone you can introspect yourself and this can relieve your stress in a fast paced corporate life.
Suggestion / Lessons learnt:
1.Always drive at left if you are a slow driver
2.Fog lamps is a must for Royal enfield bullet 350 if you are driving at night.
3. Dont go for binge eating as it would cause drowsiness.
4. Keep yourself hydrated always.Rely on fruits rather than on carbs.
5.Non - veg food not preferred.Once you reach your destination you are open.
6.Better to have a riding partner on another bike for all the safety reasons.I took a big gamble.
7.Buy some basic spares as mentioned in above para. Of course you have Royal Enfield roadside assistance 1800 210 0007 they are reliable.
My next trip will be monsoon trail in the month of June 2017.Check out for my updates on this trip. Will ensure that this will be colourful with more photos.
